We confirm:

Capital Protection of your investment If there is any decrease in the Net basic Sale Price of Apartment in our complex at the time of offering possession, the difference of your allotted Net Basic Sale Price and prevailing Basic Sale Price shall be refunded to you.

Offer of Possession by June 2019 In case the offer of delivery of your apartment is delayed beyond June 2019 and hence you wish to withdraw your booking, we shall refund the amount paid by you to us along with a compensation.

No EMI till offer of Possession If you book your apartment under our EMI Subvention Plan, we confirm to pay your Pre- EMI interest to the lending institute till we offer possession to you.
